Not getting dressed until noon.
Playing video games during the week! And with cousins!
Taking time to play when shopping.
Bike riding in the sun.

This is the pool I bought summer passes too. Does this look like a pool ready to swim in? I think not.
Opening date delayed until at least June 29…I won’t go into my rant now because it won’t do any good. I’ll just say, last time I buy passes to a pool that isn’t completed yet. When I called to find out details for opening ‘guesses’, I was told that they were sorry and were offering a few things to help ‘smooth the transition inconveniences.” We could get into the indoor Aquatic Center for free till the outdoor is open and we could get a reduced price into Sholem until the outdoor is open. Fine and dandy except I already paid you a ton for these passes, why pay more to swim? AND no cameras allowed at the indoor pool which really annoys me as I LOVE pictures! Okay, I’m done, really.
So here we are off to our fun as we wait for our outdoor pool to open!
We finally couldn’t take another gorgeous 90 degree day in the indoor pool, so we decided to eat the extra cost and return to our beloved Sholem one time. Turns out the reduced rate we get as pass holders is offered to everyone on Fridays…so no deal for us…Oh well, we had a blast!
Owie number 153 this summer. I think we’ve gone through two boxes of bandaids already!
Just a little video of Mac instructing Patrick on batting technique. At first I was drawn to how cute they were. Mac teaching Patrick about baseball. Then as I watched it to edit, I realized two things.
1.) Patrick is a whiny brat sometimes.
2.) Mac can be a loving brother sometimes.

We’ve decided that on Fridays we’ll take the boys to the $1 summer movies. They’re loving having popcorn for breakfast! 🙂
