Our Christmas started out with Shannon’s side of the family on Christmas Eve, our family Christmas on Christmas morning then wrapped up with my side of the family Christmas afternoon. It was a full and fun two days!

Nicki had a craving for peanut butter balls. So I dug out our recipe and we decided to try it. I remember now why I do not make them. They’re impossible! It was a disaster. At least we tried.

These were VERY hard to make.
