Patrick’s team had a practice game this week. It’s going to be another great season for him!

To celebrate what our God did for us, we first worshipped at church, then headed to Aunt Meme’s house for lunch and egg hunt. I told the boys they have to do the egg hunt until they’re 20. 🙂
This child has brought our family so much joy.  It sounds cliche, but it’s so true. He’s very different from Mac, which has been a lot of fun to watch.  He’s quick to forgive and quick to laugh or make us laugh.  He adores his big brother, which can be good and can get him into trouble sometimes. 🙂
He also gets a lot of hand-me-downs, so birthdays and Christmas are always fun times to shower him with new things.

This weekend, Mac and I were snuggling on the couch. Â I was feeling very content with our life. Â So I asked Mac, “What is your favorite thing about our life?” Â I expected him to say all the video games we had or his tablet as both boys are totally in love with those. Â He snuggled in deeper and I thought, Oooo, maybe it’s me he loves the most! But then he said the thing that made me the happiest any answer ever could….
“That I have a brother.”
