The McMahon Family

Every year we go hear Patrick at the Solo/Ensemble contest and we arrive just in time to hear his performances and then leave. Also, you’re not allowed to video. The band director decided this year to do a preview at the school a week before so we could hear all of the performances. Of course, the performances weren’t fine tuned and perfect quite yet, but you can get an idea of what they played for the contest. Patrick was in two groups.

On the actual day, they rocked it and received a #1 rating for both performances!

Patrick had his annual ski trip with Branson and Cooper. They had a blast as always.

We traveled to Arlington to help Robert celebrate his retirement. Even though it was a quick trip for the weekend, we had a blast as always.

Congratulations Captain McMahon! We are so thankful for your service and are so proud of you! We love you!

Patrick had a wonderful winter concert this year! You could hear him and his euphonium quite a bit in the songs this year! It was fun to hear him play. I’ve put a few pieces together to give you a taste of it. The first clip has him playing. Then next clips are of him and Mr. Waterson playing the euphoniums together. So much fun to see him doing so well with his music.
