I attended a first ‘last’ of Patrick’s. His last academic letter recognition. He did such a great job last year!

This year’s show was so much fun. It was 90’s grunge. Most of the crowd was totally into it. I loved hearing the crowd’s excited response when they heard the songs they would be performing. They won a few first places at competitions, including Crowd Appeal.

Everything in me has fought this…but all of my boys ride motorcycles.

I will say that Patrick only rides with Shannon so far, so I’m happy about that. But still…makes me live on my knees in prayer.

I decided that I need to take more video of our families. We have a lot of video when the boys were little, but now that they’re older, I don’t take much video. So while the boys were creating Shannon’s birthday charcuterie board, I took a quick video of them. So adorable!

I don’t know how time can go so quickly, but it did. Mac moved out. It’s such a weird mix of emotions. It was time. We were all ready. But…it’s so strange to get used to. I’m so very proud of him for going out on his own and becoming an adult. But there’s definitely a hole…

It’s still an empty room at our house. Not sure what to do!

Luckily, he comes back to have dinner with us at least once a week.
